On weekends, public holidays, and especially during the Christmas holidays, the canal cruise may take longer than scheduled. Please keep this in mind when making any reservations or plans after the cruise.

We recommend arriving at the boarding location 15 minutes before departure. You can wait inside at Smidtje Canal Café Dialoog. Here, you can also collect your included mulled wine and purchase snacks to enjoy during the cruise. Please note that drinks and snacks are not available for purchase on board.

To board, you have to climb a few steps. Therefore, it can be difficult for people with reduced mobility to board.

Dogs are not allowed on board, except for service dogs.
